Key Responsibilities:
-
Drafting, amending, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology-related contracts in both Polish and English.

Advising on and negotiating complex IT agreements, including SaaS, cloud services, software implementation, and digital innovation projects.
-
Managing procurement and outsourcing contracts, with a clear understanding of relevant procedures.
-
Preparing and maintaining contract templates and standard documentation, while continuously optimizing related processes.
-
Promoting compliance with internal policies, including Competition Law, Export Control, and Executive Approvals.
-
Updating internal platforms and intranet with standard legal templates and documentation.
-
Delivering contracts- and compliance-related training across the organization.
-
Reviewing and revising customer-facing contractual terms to align with internal standards and market practice.
-
Supporting project execution teams in resolving post-contract disputes and claims.
-
Acting as a liaison for external legal counsel in litigation matters related to contracting.
-
Identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks while supporting broader claims management processes.
-
Collaborating cross-functionally to assess risks, implement solutions, and integrate legal guidance into operational and strategic planning.

Sharing best practices across the organization and contributing to legal process efficiency and innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Polish law (full bar qualification considered an advantage).

Additional education or qualification in UK law is a strong asset.
-
Additional academic credentials (e.g., LL.M or MBA) are welcomed.

Minimum 5 years of experience in private practice or an in-house legal department, preferably within an international setting.

Solid knowledge of EU and UK contracting frameworks, with focus on commercial law and regulatory trends.

Demonstrated expertise in contract law and deep understanding of legal frameworks in key international markets.

Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess risks pragmatically and propose compliant, business-aligned solutions.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on prioritization and value delivery.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in culturally diverse, cross-functional teams.

Business fluency in English, with excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
-
Experience in developing internal legal tools such as contract templates, playbooks, and practical legal guidance.
-
Strong interest in legal innovation, legaltech, and process improvement.

Willingness to engage in business partnering at all levels of the organization

Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2–3 days per week spent in the Poznań office.
