ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an incredible opportunity for a People Services Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team. As a People Services Coordinator you will be responsible for processing and delivering digitalized services to personnel with quality, including registration and updating of data in the global system of People & Culture.  Also collaborates in the development of initiatives and improvements that allow the efficiency of People & Culture services and their active use in the company

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Provide active attention and response to digital requests from users of People and Culture services.
  • Guide users and internal team in the proper use of systems and digital services.
  • Record assigned employee data in global system and keep it updated.
  • Prepare executive KPI reports (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Contribute in the efficient flow of assigned processes and approvals.
  • Collaborate in the creation of content and publications, ideas related to process improvements and digitized services, in coordination with the immediate supervisor.
  • Support initiatives that drive the digitization and continuous improvement of services and processes.
  • Promote and motivate the use of digitized services.
  • Participate in meetings and personal and professional development activities.
  • Coordinate and participate in operations and activities organized by People and Culture.
  • Perform other related and complementary tasks to your position and/or as required by your immediate supervisor.

 

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

  • Professional in Administration, IT or related areas.
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
  • 1 year experience (preferred).
