We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will support the execution of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and projects. You will collaborate with multiple departments to craft compelling content, manage communications logistics, and maintain a high standard of professional representation for our brand.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies
Draft, edit, and proofread internal memos, press releases, and external correspondence
Coordinate communication efforts between departments and external stakeholders
Organize events, meetings, and presentations
Maintain and update internal documentation and communication materials
Track communication campaigns and provide performance reports
Ensure brand voice and message consistency across all communication channels
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordinator role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content editing tools
Problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills
