We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions while ensuring a positive experience with our services. You will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting internal operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience

  • Monitor client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing projects when needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM and support ticket systems is a plus
