Responsibilities:
TD SYNNEXの今後のビジネス成長のエンジンとなるAggregatorビジネスモデルを推進するブロードコムビジネス部門に所属し、Broadcom社のセキュリティ製品(製品: Symantec, Carbon Black)の内勤営業を担当して頂きます。
ブロードコムビジネスの主軸となる契約更新ビジネスの維持の為の営業活動や提案活動を中心に、お客様(エンドカスタマー)とのリレーションを構築・維持・強化して頂くと共に、新規のお客様獲得に向けた営業活動を担って頂きます。
[具体的な職務内容]
・主に電話やメール、オンライン商談での契約更新、及び新規契約獲得の為の営業活動
・既存のお客様に対する定期的なフォローアップ(製品利用における課題やトレーニングニーズの確認等)を通じた契約更新の獲得
・関係者(プロダクトマネジメント、営業、ビジネスディベロップメント、エンジニア)と連携し、既存のお客様のニーズや条件にあった製品提案を通じたアップセルやクロスセル活動
・新規のお客様獲得に向けた営業活動(電話やメール)の実施
・既存・新規を問わずお客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)、及び見積り作成
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

ライセンスビジネス・SaaS製品の契約更新営業 3年以上程度
【尚可】
・法人・パートナービジネスの経験
・IT業界での営業経験
