Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee inter-company accounts payable processes
• Administer plantwide contracts and agreements
• Supervise manual invoice entry and two-way match invoices
• Conduct monthly accounts reconciliation
• Validate withholding tax and service tax payments
• Manage local and global employee claims, Yukoy registration and interface with travel booking systems and ERP
• Establish and uphold internal control procedures
• Analyze expenses and financial reports
• Coordinate yearly financial audits and prepare financial statements
• Fulfill ad-hoc duties and reports as directed by management

 

Qualifications and Key skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in accounting, ACCA, CIMA or other equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Candidate with audit experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Hands on and a team player who are able to deal with all level of people.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage projects and workload with minimal supervision, attention to detail and result-oriented
• German-speaking candidates with knowledge of European Value Added Tax (VAT) are preferred
• Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines
• Must be computer literate, familiar with ERP system, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
