Product Biology Officer

Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

• To generate analytical data reports from  product biology field trials.
• To track data in ARM and on excel from trialing team.
• Find best performing dose in terms of efficacy in various CP trials.
• Arrangement of product samples for trialing & cross function.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Compilation of data reports from product biology field trials as per assigned protocols.
• Generate analytical data reports from ARM & Bio analytics for assigned projects to CPD.
• Ensure data entry in ARM and report data well in time from Trailing Manager.
• Co-ordination with product biology team field selection & problem handling if required.
• Working with new tolls of software for data tracking & projects plan.
• Sampling management through Syngenta software tools & direct conversation/coordination of regional & global colleagues.
• Samples life cycle management.
• Compliance to CoC, HSE, Driving and other company policies

CAPABILITIES::

• Should have very good understanding about product biology field trials, i.e. product/crop knowledge, can understand product response, compilation presentation of trial results etc.
• Should have very strong ability of PPT.
• Good communication, computer and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
• Make conclusions from individual & compiled trials/report.
• Can find best conclusion & performing dose in terms of efficacy.
• Presenting reports in the R&D meetings.
• Good skills to manage samples record.
• Liaison and coordination with cross functional team.

Qualifications

• M. Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture
• Specialization in Agri. Entomology OR Plant Pathology or agronomy will be preferred
• 3-5 year field trialing & data compilation experience
