Department Overview
This position is within the Device Sales Promotion Team of the Device Services Group and is responsible for selling communication equipment, IT solutions, cloud services, and more.
"We are also focusing on increasing ARPU, and as the department responsible for this, we combine a variety of solutions, including devices, cloud, and security, to contribute to solving our customers' business challenges.

Mandatory Qualifications:
■Experience in the mobile industry and/or agency sales (3+ years preferred).
■Experience in the mobile industry and/or agency sales (managerial or leadership experience).
■We are looking for a player-manager who can lead the team, deliver results individually, and contribute to the overall improvement of the organization.
■Ability to accurately understand customer needs and build long-term, trusting relationships.
■Proactive attitude towards proposing solutions to customer challenges.
■Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers.
■Negotiation skills to understand customer requests while maximizing the company's profits.
■Ability to collaborate with internal technical and marketing departments to develop proposals that meet customer needs.
■Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Desired Qualifications:
■Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher preferred).
■Standard Driver's License (Automatic Transmission Only)
