This position requires you to leverage your deep technical expertise and mastery of value-based selling to act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated buyers. You will lead the technical sales strategy, architecting innovative solutions and delivering compelling, value-driven demonstrations that connect our platform to our prospects' core business objectives. You will guide future customers through every technical aspect of the evaluation, from API and integration strategy to security reviews and data architecture discussions.
Who will love this job
-
A strategic partner – You excel at building trust and credibility with stakeholders across an enterprise organization, from C-suite executives to technical SMEs in IT and Security.
-
A compelling storyteller – You are endlessly observant of personalities and organizational dynamics, masterfully shifting your narrative to resonate with any audience.
-
A technologist – You have the technical depth to hold your own with architects and engineers, and the communication skills to act as a translator for non-technical leaders.
-
A growth-minded collaborator – You see your development as a continuous journey and thrive on sharing ideas and feedback within a high-performing team.
-
An entrepreneur at heart – You are energized by the challenge of solving complex problems and proactively building new strategies to win strategic deals.
What you’ll do

Serve as the technical anchor and strategic co-pilot to Account Executives on our most important enterprise sales cycles.
-
Lead the technical discovery and validation process to uncover and deeply understand the business challenges and goals of our prospects.
-
Architect and present innovative, value-driven solutions that solve customer pain points and deliver tangible business outcomes.
-
Develop and deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to sophisticated enterprise audiences.
-
Master the Greenhouse platform and ecosystem, becoming a subject matter expert on our technology, security, and competitive landscape.
-
Lead the technical response strategy for RFPs/RFIs and manage bespoke Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements.
-
Act as a key liaison between the field and our R&D organization, sharing insights to influence the product roadmap.
You should have
-
7-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, within a B2B SaaS environment.
-
A proven and demonstrable track record of successfully supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (e.g., Fortune 500) with long sales cycles.
-
Mastery of value-based selling methodologies. Formal training and application of frameworks like Command of the Message.
-
The ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts, including APIs, data architecture, and enterprise security protocols. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or SQL is a bonus.
-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both technical and executive audiences.
