工作职责：

1、负责偏差进度追踪，作为QA调查组长能独立完成偏差调查或参与偏差调查，确保偏差调查根本原因的准确性及有效的CAPA制定

2、负责质量部相关质量指标汇总和数据分析；

3、负责CAPA的追踪和管理，确保按时完成；

4、负责偏差的年度趋势回顾以及产品周期性回顾（PPR）中与偏差相关的部分； 5、作为QA代表参与系统验证项目，参与部分投诉的调查；

6、负责协助新员工的培训，内/外部审计；

7、协助完成主管和经理布置的其他任务；

8、遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作，确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策要求。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，化学或制药等相关专业

2、3年以上GMP行业（固体制剂优先）质量工作经验，熟悉和了解药品生产工艺和质量标准，熟悉制药行业及保健食品行业相关的法律及法规要求。

3、熟悉质量偏差流程等质量保证相关流程，了解GMP相关要求

4、具备高度的责任心和管理能力，较强的沟通能力和解决问题的技巧
