Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team supports businesses across Australia, enhancing financial wellbeing in regional communities. With over 70 centres nationwide, we deliver tailored financial solutions to diverse clients.

Following the internal promotion of the incumbent Analyst into a Relationship Executive role, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Credit Analyst—highlighting our strong commitment to career development.

While Horsham is the preferred location for this role, we’re open to considering Ballarat for the right candidate. You’ll join a high-performing, diverse, and energetic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

In this role, supporting both Agribusiness and Commercial clients you will work closely with Relationship Executives to deliver tailored financial solutions and drive exceptional client outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting financial modelling and analysis for Agribusiness and Commercial clients

  • Preparing credit submissions for new facilities and coordinating deal execution

  • Supporting data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements

  • Monitoring performance and conducting annual reviews for existing clients

  • Reporting financial and operational performance to Risk Management

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a driven, collaborative Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments to work alongside experienced bankers and diversified clients. Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Ideally, experience in credit analysis, annual reviews, and reporting in Agribusiness or Commercial Banking

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Agribusiness is highly regarded.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills ideally client interaction experience

  • Strong commercial acumen with financial analysis skills, and the ability to understand complex transactions and effectively manage credit risk, or a demonstrable ability to learn these capabilities.
