What You Will Do

• Enforcing compliance with requirements for safe and healthy working conditions
• Maintaining and actively participating in the development of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015)
• Supporting and operating the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018)
• Liaising and coordinating with authorities and partners related to the activity
• Inspecting the commissioning of new equipment and machinery
• Developing EHS training materials and conducting training sessions
• Representing EHS topics during internal and external audits
• Continuously monitoring EHS legislation and changes, applying them as necessary, informing related departments, and verifying compliance
• Investigating workplace accidents and managing corrective and preventive actions systematically
• Developing EHS procedures and work instructions
• Monitoring designated KPIs and executing necessary data collection
• Supervising waste management and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Managing and keeping the chemical database up to date
• Participating in the management and supervision of the factory access control system

What You Need to Be Successful

• Higher education in environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, occupational safety engineering, or an equivalent field
• Intermediate-level occupational safety qualification
• At least 1–3 years of work experience in a similar field
• English language skills at a communicative level  

Bonus Points if You Have

• Especially intermediate or higher-level environmental protection qualification
• Higher-level occupational safety qualification
• Fire safety instructor or senior instructor certification
• Internal auditor certification for ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
