Cash Collection Analyst

The Collection Analyst role is to collect on the outstanding invoices and disputed items from our customers while resolving any problematic issues that cause delays in making timely payments. This position focuses on ensuring invoices in customer portals are reconciled and any issues resolved in close cooperation with Billing, Sales and Customer Service Team.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

o   Managing a group of customers' accounts to ensure payments are received to terms according to Global Credit Standard.

o   Anticipating and resolving queries on customer accounts to maximize T&L's cash position and minimize overdue debts.

o   Preparing Cash Collection Reports and Analysis to our Stakeholders.

o   Ensuring formal process documentation is in place.

o   Development, standardization, harmonization and improvement of end-to-end processes

o   Supporting in development and implementation best-practice processes

o   Supports as a back-up for the Accounts Payable function when applicable.

o   Working with customer portals and ensuring invoices are uploaded in timely manner and any issues raised to appropriate Team for resolution.

o   Work with Power BI reports and extract analysis from it.

QUALIFICATIONS :

·        Able to analyze data entry.

·        Understanding of the billing process.

·        Proficient in MS Suite. (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

·        SAP knowledge a plus.

·        Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·        Ability to meet deadlines.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE :

·       Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business related area.

·       Advanced English

·       Advanced Spanish

EXPERIENCE : Previous work in Account Receivable capacity an advantage
