JOB ROLE SUMMARY:

The Grinder performs precision smoothing, sharpening, polishing, or grinding on a variety of welded assemblies and is responsible for the movement of necessary inventory and parts to and from the warehouse department.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Stock material and load and unload trucks
• Grind the welds.
• Apply shop primer to the doors.
• Assist as necessary with other warehouse duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 80lbs.
  • Ability to work in various weather elements.
  • Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
  • Able to operate a forklift.
