Service Network Coordinator

Summary

The Service Network Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Service Network Manager through communications with service providers, obtaining service providers across the country, and provide support and training to our service partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide support to the Service Network Manager in procuring service providers across the country.
• Assist the Service Network Manager in managing the service provider relationship by reconciliation of billing inquiries.
• Maintain a coverage map of all service providers.
• Communicate with service providers on processes and expectations for each account.
• Manage access and provide training to our service partners on our ServiceTrade system.
• Measure the key performance indicators to evaluate service provider performance.

Education and/or Experience

Associate Degree or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
