Known for impeccable service, timeless recipes, and a clientele that includes celebrities, locals, and global travelers alike, we are seeking a refined, experienced Maître d’ to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the tradition of excellence our guests have come to expect.

Position Overview:

As Maître d’, you will be the face of the restaurant—welcoming guests, managing reservations, orchestrating table flow, and ensuring a flawless front-of-house experience. This role requires a polished, confident presence, deep knowledge of fine dining service standards, and the ability to build strong relationships with regulars and new patrons alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth, elegance, and precision
• Manage nightly reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable (or similar system)
• Coordinate with servers, bussers, and kitchen to control table turns and timing
• Maintain guest preferences and VIP profiles
• Handle special requests and resolve service issues with discretion
• Train, lead, and schedule the host team
• Ensure the front entry and host area reflect the high standards of the restaurant

• Minimum 5 years experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
• Strong command of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms)
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Grace under pressure and attention to detail
• Knowledge of classic Italian cuisine and wine a plus
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
