The BCM and Physical Security Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Business Continuity Management Framework of the Bank and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the resiliency in response to disaster/crisis, and responsible for managing and maintaining the physical security plan to protect the Bank against intrusion.YOUR CHALLENGE
Business Management
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Primary responsibility for running the BCM life cycle for the Bank
- Annual review of BIA/PPA of various business functions to determine the RTO, SRTO, BRO and BRP (business recovery strategy)
- Plan and conduct annual BCP exercise including call-tree and crisis management training of CMT
- Annual review and update of Business Continuity Plan
- Annual review and update of the Crisis Management Plan
- Annual submission of attestation to head office
- Lead in Industry Wide Exercise conducted by the Association of Banks in Singapore
- Lead and collaborate in BCP exercise conducted by head office
- An advantage with knowledge and experience in Cyber and technology risk
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are complied with
- Responsible for coordinating the ongoing process of risk assessment and management with the purpose of ensuring the bank can effectively respond to a disaster/crisis
- Physical Security
- Responsible for the overall management of physical and personal security related activities of the Bank
- Conduct periodic Clear Desk Check in accordance with Policy and guidance from head office
- Ensuring physical and personal security
- Provide awareness and facilitate security briefing/training
- Liaise with building owners on evacuation plan
- Organise training of essential staff to be first aid responder
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage a team with two direct reports
- Accountable for the actions of employees under your charge and the conduct of the business under your purview
Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Professional and Technical
- Degree holder or minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience
- Solid knowledge and experience of banking industry, processes and risk
- Good overall understanding of organization and functions performed in the respective location
- Possess strong analytical skills, high quality awareness and solution oriented driven
- Experience in enhancing BCM life cycle to high level of maturity
- Practical experience in BCM is an advantage
- Working knowledge in technology and cyber risk
- Strong people management skills

- Possess drive and passion for quality and service excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and contributes as a team player
