We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:

This job is responsible for optimizing and streamlining the recruitment processes and/or programs within an organization. They identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement scalable improvements to enhance operational efficiencies. This job involves leveraging recruiting and/or program management expertise to refine processes, procedures, and systems, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and recognizing the broader impact on other areas. They analyze information from various sources to determine the best approaches for both routine and complex problems, effectively communicating complex information and presenting the pros and cons of different options. Utilizing best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues, they enhance Talent Acquisition services. Regular collaboration with peers and internal partners is crucial, and they manage team projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develops and leads large and highly complex recruiting projects or programs
  • Designs process and service improvements based on understanding of business needs and industry trends
  • Guides others as an expert on recruiting and talent pipeline creation, and uses significant related experience to develop best path forward
  • Demonstrates an ability to build consensus in the role of team leader and/or team member; seeks perspectives from others to ensure diversity of thought
  • Based on extensive work and/or industry experience provides guidance on process and procedure best practices that result in increased efficiency within Talent Management as well as in generating excellent candidates for assigned businesses
  • Viewed as a key advisor and influencer of assigned business unit leaders on Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Strong influence over assigned business units on how to identify and invest in talent pipeline
  • Uses specialized expertise in one or more areas to interpret internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
  • Leads and helps others to solve issues of diverse scope where analysis requires an understanding of current business trends
  • Collaborates with customers, peers, account leaders and internal and external partners
  • Leads some projects or programs within a function and may act as a team leader to coordinate activities of other personnel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
