Key Responsibilities:
- Support production team to meet the goals on materials and tools readiness; Utilization; to reduce the stoppage time.
- Follow equipment specification to do tools / peripheral design, condition verification and calibration.
- Do shift inline support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization, and cycle time.
- Implement the proactive & autonomous maintenance plan, to do the regular maintenance job and to improve equipment capability thru continuous improvement activities.
- Perform MES / system support in order to smoother the production lot movement.
- Peripheral / Tools storage management and inventory control.
- Perform industrial engineering related activities such as time study, cycle time and relocation.
- Good discipline compliance and attendance in production floor.
- Other duty assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate encourage to apply
