Job Summary:We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Specialist to join our Recovery Services team in Salem, MO. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll provide community-based mental health services, support clients in achieving their goals, and foster a robust support network. Key Responsibilities:· Provide community-based mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation
· Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement Techniques, and CBT/DBT approaches
· Coordinate care with other service providers, including primary care physicians and community organizations
· Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; or
· Bachelor's degree in unrelated field with two years of related work experience; or
· Any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience

Additional Qualifications:· Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Ability to work with information in a confidential manner
· Highly detail-oriented, skilled in accuracy
· Organization skill set and ability to make contacts and establish relationships
