Your Impact in This Role

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for process improvement and team development? We’re looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our plant’s production operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead all production activities and become the facility’s process expert

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational goals

  • Conduct daily team meetings to address trends and resolve issues

  • Monitor productivity and analyze data to identify and resolve inefficiencies

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols

  • Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred

  • 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing

  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement

  • Experience with computerized maintenance systems

  • Electrical troubleshooting (480vAC/3/60) and mechanical rigging skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
