Your Impact in This Role
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for process improvement and team development? We’re looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of our plant’s production operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead all production activities and become the facility’s process expert
Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational goals
Conduct daily team meetings to address trends and resolve issues
Monitor productivity and analyze data to identify and resolve inefficiencies
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred
3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
Experience with computerized maintenance systems
Electrical troubleshooting (480vAC/3/60) and mechanical rigging skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
