Norwalk Infusion Center | Fairfield County Market
Primary location: Norwalk | Flex to other local sites as needed
Standard Day Shift + One Late Shift Weekly (9:30 AM–6:00 PM) + One Saturday/Month
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Norwalk Infusion Center team in Fairfield County. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a calm, comfortable environment—free from the noise and unpredictability of hospital settings.
With our unique care model, you’ll provide oversight and support for IV infusion and injection therapies, educate patients, and collaborate with referring providers—all while enjoying consistent hours, manageable patient ratios, and meaningful connections.

What You Will Do

Deliver Clinical Oversight – Supervise and support nursing staff in the safe and effective administration of infusions and injections.

Evaluate and Monitor Patients – Conduct assessments, document SOAP notes, and track patient progress and outcomes.

Educate Patients and Families – Explain treatment plans, side effects, and self-care to improve understanding and adherence.

Ensure Documentation and Compliance – Maintain complete, accurate records in the EHR; uphold HIPAA, OSHA, and IVX policies.

Collaborate Across the Care Team – Partner with referring physicians, RNs, and operational staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

Support Operational Excellence – Help with inventory, chart reviews, prior authorizations, and clinical efficiencies.

Flex as Needed – While Norwalk is your primary site, you may occasionally support nearby centers within the Fairfield County market.

Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
What We're Looking For
-
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Connecticut
-
Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) required; FNP strongly preferred
-
BLS required; PALS preferred

Experience in an ambulatory infusion setting, outpatient clinic, or chronic disease management is a plus

Comfortable treating both adults and pediatric patients

Strong IV therapy skills and familiarity with biologic medications

Proficient in clinical documentation and EHR systems

A team-first approach with excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Wage Range
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our Nurse Practitioner role, we generally pay new hires between $62.75 and $70.00 per hour in the Fairfield County market. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.
