About the Role
As General Manager Nordics, you will lead the development of our commercial organisation in the region. You will be responsible for implementing our global go-to-market strategy and ensuring local adaptation to meet the specific dynamics of the Nordic aesthetic market.

Your focus will be on building a high-performing sales organisation, ensuring strong medical and marketing execution, and establishing JULÄINE™ as a premium brand within its segment. You will lead in - region Key Account Managers and medical affairs while collaborating closely with our central medical and marketing teams.

You report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with global functions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build, lead, and develop the Nordic commercial team, including recruitment, performance management, and coaching.
  • Drive sales growth and premium positioning of JULÄINE™ and future products.
  • Develop and adapt sales, marketing, and medical strategies for the Nordics in line with global direction.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with KOLs, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the aesthetic field.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and local market practices.

What you bring to this role


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and/or general management, specifically within the medical aesthetics industry – injectables experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to launch premium products and build market presence in competitive environments.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience building successful commercial teams.
  • Solid understanding of the Nordic market and local healthcare dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science or similar.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership style

Working and employment conditions:
