As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with us, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, from initial application through to offer. You'll work closely with our South Island Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our hiring process.
In addition to the above you will:
Schedule interviews and act as the first point of contact for candidates.
Provide clear and friendly communication both internally and externally.
Provide full candidate care service to current candidates and talent prospects.
Manage and maintain our ATS and ensure data accuracy.
Post job adverts internally as well as on external jobs boards.
Produce documents and letters relating to the recruitment and selection process as required.
Coordinate background and pre-employment checks as required.
Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, career fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition in a complex organisation.
Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
High level of accuracy in documentation and data management.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases (beneficial)
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proactive approach to resolving issues.
