ABOUT THE ROLE

Entering a new phase of growth for the organisation, we are currently expanding and seeking experienced Hose Technicians to join our high-achieving teams in Derrimut VIC.

This job is about providing a high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers. You will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical service and troubleshooting support for customers
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose related matters
• Manufacture hose assemblies as required
• Maintain van stock and equipment and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times

ABOUT YOU

• Have a strong knowledge and experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
• Hold an Australian Driver's license
• Broad exposure to servicing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
