We are looking for a critical thinker and proactive Client Service Associate that shares our dedication to quality and our genuine concern for the comfort and dignity of our clients. Position Types Available: Full-Time, In Office/Hybrid Client Service Associate responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Coordinates and schedules referrals for new and existing home care services.</li> <li>Provides continuity of care in coordinating referrals.</li> <li>Communicates to each caregiver all pertinent information regarding client care.</li> <li>Keeps caregiver calendars and client information accurate and current.</li> <li>Communicates to the departmental Director all pertinent information regarding client/caregiver issues.</li> <li>Routinely interact with personnel such as clients, family members, and care managers to facilitate home care services.</li> </ul> Comprehensive Ability to: <ul> <li>Exhibit an eagerness to work in a team-based environment, while taking independent responsibility for all referrals received.</li> <li>Accept changes in duties or new assignments with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of detail.</li> <li>Use language that consistently reflects a thorough understanding of the home care industry.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is preferred.</li> <li>Previous experience in recruiting, scheduling, or sales preferred.</li> <li>Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required.</li> <li>Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</li> <li>Must be able to solve complex problems and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.</li> <li>Ability to read, write and communicate in English.</li> <li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.</li> </ul> What we Offer: <ul> <li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.</li> <li>Opportunity to Join a Rapidly Growing, Fast-Paced Organization!</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li> <li>Generous Paid Time Off</li> <li>401K</li> <li>A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.</li> </ul> Annual Salary Range: <ul> <li>Full-Time, In Office: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00</li> <li>Quarterly bonuses</li> </ul> *Compensation dependent on experience.
