Ferring+You
Execute daily administrative work for the office and to operate the reception desk during working hours.
Your day at Ferring
∙ To provide general office work and to perform switchboard activities by picking calls and forwarding them to the person in charge. Welcoming visitors and guests.
∙ Coordinate the travel arrangements for employees and make the necessary bookings through assigned employees and suppliers.
∙ To support the organization of events, such as internal and external meetings, conferences, visits from guests, business conferences etc.
∙ To sort all different documents (various correspondence, invoices, etc.) and file them accurately. To keep archives up to date. To prepare and submit expense claims.
∙ To manage other assigned tasks within the company such as HR, M&S, QC, Finance and Logistics etc. if needed.
∙ To book meeting rooms end equip them with the required material such as beamers, laptop, and drinks etc.
∙ To be in charge for the administration of confidential files.
∙ To manage and order stationery and office supplies.

You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field.
∙ 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar/ relevant position.
∙ Excellent command of English (Oral & writing).
∙ Excellent proficiency in computer skills
∙ Ability to communicate effectively
∙ To show discretion, trustworthy, dedication and loyalty.
∙ Must be a strong believer in service and support to superior and his/her team.
∙ Strong problem-solving abilities can handle day-to-day challenges independently and efficiently.
∙ Ability to work independently
∙ Time management skills
