Job Responsibilities:
The People Success (PS) Generalist III is responsible for performing PS-related duties on a professional level and working closely with PS Leads in supporting designated geographic region(s). This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.MAIN DUTIES
The major areas of focus for this role are as follows:
- Work with business to ensure recruitment process fully supports business objectives
- Administer benefit processes (Non-US)
- Design new employee onboarding
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Work with key business stakeholders to ensure PS policies and procedures are adhered to
- Manage relocation actions
- Lead immigration processes
- Oversee PS administration including employment contracts, addendums, terminations & maintaining complete employee files/records.
- Handle ER cases including grievances, dignity at work, PIP’s, terminations, and disciplinary cases in a timely manner
- Conduct exit interviews and review of exit data
- Assist managers with annual performance review process
- Keep abreast of PS related legislation to maintain legal HR compliance for the company
- Maintain department records and reports through Workday
- Assist with related due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Assist with and lead the delivery of PS projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or training; or 4+ years experience in HR or a combination of education and experience
- Strong skills in HR
Relevant skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of flexibility to support HR team in providing a consistent service
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Can get work done through others
- Solve complex and ambiguous problems in creative and effective ways
- Works on a 6-12 month timeline
- Ability to work with general direction and little to no supervision on weekly tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
