As IS Administrator, you will…
 

... be responsible for internal Telia systems Linux/Unix OS maintenance, standard service request fulfillment, and incident management. You will assist the team during the projects and retain a high level of client satisfaction.

We are looking for a quick and adaptable person with strong ownership skills, someone who is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. To thrive in this role, you should be proactive and take responsibility for your tasks, communicate effectively and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and have a growth mindset — staying curious, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously learn and develop.

Your Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience working in IT infrastructure or systems administration roles.
• Linux/Unix knowledge, including command line usage and OS-level troubleshooting.
• Understanding of incident management and service request processes.
• Comfortable using English in both written and spoken form in a professional context.

Nice to have (not mandatory, but a plus):

• Scripting or programming experience (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Basic knowledge of ITIL framework or certification.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 - 4000 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
