We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Regulatory Compliance team as a HHSRS Coordinator. 

  

Your role:

The HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient management and resolution of HHSRS (including damp, mould etc) and related within our housing stock. This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, Maintenance Inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to co-ordinate inspections, track repairs and maintain accurate records.

 

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative role and a sound understanding of domestic property maintenance. The ability to communicate effectively to customer colleague and suppliers in essential, as well as displaying a confident, professional and friendly approach at all times. 

A good level of education, with a minimum of level 5 GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent are required with this role and Microsoft Excel and Word training.

 

The majority of our teams are working in an agile way, with a mixture of home and office working, depending on individual preferences and service requirements.
