About the Role
We are seeking Associates to support with growing the Manage Services practice and eventually assist in project management of client-facing engagements throughout Southeast Asia. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
Grow the Practice
- Assist Practice Leaders in developing and executing business strategies for market growth and client acquisition.
- Help create and update presentations and proposals aligning with key service offerings, highlighting value proposition and emphasizing PwC differentiators.
- Support in conducting research to understand market trends, assess competitor activities, and pinpoint potential business opportunities.
- Track and report business development activities using Salesforce for accurate data and metrics monitoring.
- Help in evaluating client needs and challenges to develop tailored strategies that effectively support their goals and drive business success.
Manage the Projects
- Support the project/program manager in areas like Project Governance, Planning, Execution, and Control.
- Create standard project documents and templates, such as project charters, progress reports, dashboards, risk registers, and resource trackers.
- Track and clearly communicate project status and metrics.
- Generate reports on project health, status, risks, issues, and resources.
- Assess financial status by analyzing actual results against plans and forecasts.
- Oversee and coordinate the deliverables of third-party vendors or subcontractors.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, facilitation, and note-taking.
- Gain a solid understanding of project management best practices and how to apply them.
- Learn the financial fundamentals and commercial factors that drive project business cases.
- Acquire knowledge and experience across the entire project and solution delivery lifecycle, including both traditional waterfall and Agile methods.
- Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) tools effectively.
About You
- Graduated from college with a solid academic record.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Skilled in using Microsoft 365 Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Sharepoint.
- Experienced with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Strong at problem solving and critical thinking.
- Motivated and always eager to learn and grow.
- Takes initiative and acts decisively.
- Good at leading others and building strong relationships.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Experience in managing projects, whether in school or at work, is a bonus.
- Proficient in creating impactful presentation materials
- Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Must be open to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
