About the Role:
Reporting to the Product, Systems & Inventory Manager and working within the Supply Chain Team, you will support in the daily management of the businesses inventory, ensuring alignment between our ERP (Apparel21) & our 3PL warehouses across Australia & New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
With a focus on the above, but not limited to, you will be responsible for ensuring service deliverables are met & continuous improvement opportunities are maximized.
• Inventory Management
◦ Daily stock alignment and monitoring based on adjustments received from our 3PL partners.
◦ Monitor and resolve workflow errors between our ERP & 3PL partners.
◦ Monitor and resolve additional inventory misalignments including:
▪ Negative Stock
▪ Online and Wholesale Return Discrepancies
▪ Over-allocated orders
▪ Retail Open Orders
◦ Liaise with our 3PL partners on any significant inventory discrepancies.
◦ Monitor pick-runs for any integration related errors and resolve with 3PL partners.
◦ Enforce best practice inventory management with all teams across the business.
• Generate regular reports and insights for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Promoting a continuous improvement environment and identifying areas of process improvement & cost savings.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.
• Take responsibility for special projects as requested.
• Any other reasonable task as requested in line with the role objective or that results out of necessity to the Group.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:
• Demonstrated strong administration and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills with a strong ability to build effective relationships.
• Experience working in the retail / wholesale industry would be an advantage.
• AP21 experience will be highly advantageous.
• The ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• Exceptional time management skills.
