The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. The role is highly proactive, requiring strong communication skills, market research, and a go-getter attitude to bring in new clients and grow our customer base.
Segments:
  • Restaurant: preferably familiar with FMCG/F&B Distribution
  • Wet Market:  preferably familiar with Meat/Seafood Trader/FMCG
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new clients via outbound calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
  •  Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments.
  • Schedule meetings, present product offerings, and close initial sales.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately report progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign-based lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales acquisition targets
Qualifications:
  • Willing to be present onsite in Sucat, Paranaque with office schedule Mon-Fri (8AM to 5PM) and Sat (8AM to 12PM)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Resilient under pressure and rejection
  • Strong hunger instinct
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to travelling and meet clients as needed
