We are recruiting Bid Manager on an initial maternity cover contract until around May 2026, to co-ordinate the firm during the bid process and have project management oversight to deliver bids on time. They will advise on bid strategy, messaging, structure and overall content direction to create impactful bids that address the clients' requirements.  

This role will be based at our Dubai Office and our standard working hours are 9.00am-6pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests. 

Candidate Overview 

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:  

• Extensive experience of managing bids, providing advice on approach and strategy 

• Proven experience working on bids / proposals in the Middle East Region 

• Ability to take full responsibility for managing strategic opportunities at tender and presentation stages 

• Experience undertaking opportunity analysis – is this viable / is the bid in line with firm and sector strategy 

• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation 

• Ability to speak Arabic would be extremely advantageous but not a must have
