Senior UX Designer (Colombia-Based)

 

Foolproof, a product design specialist, and Indigo Slate, a marketing powerhouse for tech brands (both Zensar companies), are seeking a Senior UX Designer based in Colombia with fluent English communication skills.

We're looking for a designer with a strong aesthetic eye and passion for creating elegant, user-centric digital experiences. You'll lead the end-to-end UX/UI process, from research and interaction to polished visual execution, designing intuitive, functional, and visually impactful interfaces across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design thinking and visual creativity, consistently delivering pixel-perfect designs that resonate with users and meet business goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Translate business and user needs into high-impact visual solutions.

Lead the entire UX/UI process: discovery, definition, design, testing, and delivery.

Design intuitive navigation, information architecture, and responsive interfaces with best-in-class visual design.

Produce wireframes, high-fidelity UI comps, and clickable prototypes.

Work across B2B, B2C, and D2C platforms (enterprise software, web, mobile).

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and marketing teams.

Facilitate design thinking sessions and workshops.

Conduct market research, trend analysis, and usability testing.

Evangelize UX/UI design standards and mature design systems.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

Strong visual/UI design focus: You bring beauty and clarity to complex interfaces.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, Axure, etc.).

Experience creating user journeys, storyboards, personas, and prototypes.

Proven ability to design for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.

Skilled in defining and applying design systems and reusable UI components.

Understanding of motion design, microinteractions, and brand alignment.

Clear and confident communicator.

 

Experience & Skills:

 

7+ years in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design.

Demonstrated success designing for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile web, apps).

A strong visual portfolio showcasing clean, engaging, user-centered interfaces.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with UX testing techniques (A/B testing, impression testing, accessibility audits).

Passionate advocate for design quality, user empathy, and continuous improvement.
