We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to assist a sweet and kind-hearted individual in her home. This role is ideal for someone who values building trust and enjoys making a meaningful impact in someone’s daily life.
Location: Clinton, WI Schedule: 2 hours in the morning (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and 2 hours in the evening (between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Pay: $17.73/hour
About the Role: The client uses a power chair and requires daily assistance with a variety of tasks to maintain her independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities Include: • Morning assistance with getting out of bed • Bathing support (lower body, every other day) • Help with dressing and personal hygiene • Assistance with incontinence products • Medication • Meal preparation • Light housekeeping and laundry • Transportation to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed) • Occasional trips to the store
