Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Team Leaders (TLs) and Group Leaders (GLs) to support day-to-day production activities.
• Assist in employee relations (ER) engagements and production floor communication.
• Support KPI reviews and performance tracking processes.
• Maintain and update production-related data for monitoring and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a relevant degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• High attention to detail and data management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team engagement capabilities.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to operational support.
