Required Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of administrative support experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Must have strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be highly flexible and able work in a fast paced, high energy work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
- Must be able to work confidently with desktop applications, databases and financial systems.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing demands.
- Ability to effectively communicate.

Job Summary
This position provides direct administrative support to the Associate Provost of International Education and Global Programs. The position also provides support to the staff of the Office of International Education and Global Programs (RIT Global), providing assistance with office functions such as international visitors, front desk coordination, ordering of office supplies, coordination of office credit cards, processing of purchasing requisitions, travel expense reports and other forms of vendor payment in support of international education programming. As such, the primary responsibility for this position is to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of the RIT Global Office.
