Your team

The CASS Adherence Governance Lead sits within IB Operations and supports the CASS APAC in ensuring UBS entities in APAC region comply with the requirements of the local Client Asset Rules (CASS).

The Governance Lead reports to the CASS Adherence – Oversight Lead. They are responsible for ensuring delivery of the Governance components of the CASS Adherence Services Catalogue.

Your expertise

The role requires independent work; influencing to get information/ input from a wide base of stakeholders in London. The following technical skills and personal attributes are required:

Essential:
• Working knowledge of any of APAC rules in SG/ HK/ JP/ Australia CASS rules
• Proven detailed knowledge of CASS relevant product areas
• Delivery focus
• Relationship building and management
• Influencing skills
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders

Desirable:
• Proficient in Excel to support data analysis techniques
• PowerPoint to facilitate preparation of management packs
• General ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under pressure
• Continuous improvement focus/ ability to apply to processes
