Your team

You will work in Corporate Actions Team in Wroclaw or Krakow. Team is responsible for research and
maintenance of Corporate Actions in the EMEA and US region, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers’
responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our
accounting system and reconciling positions.

Your expertise

You are:
- familiar with key concepts in capital markets and corporate actions through your academic studies
- details-oriented and understand the importance of accuracy in financial data processing
- proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
- fast learner with a strong interest in financial operations
- very good in written and spoken English
- a good communicator and enjoy working as part of collaborative, cross- functional team
- motivated to gain practical experience in a high- quality operational environment and to understand the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle
