Your expertise
• banking, finance or legal related education and expertise on US securities law or related US regulations
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a front, legal or risk area
• strong client focus skills i.e. great at building networks and connections, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex matters for a broader audience and interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
• competent in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• strong "hands-on mentality" and willingness to learn new things
• good organizational and conceptual skills and attention to detail
• excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a strong plus
