- Provide daily IT support to our
clients in a friendly and efficient way
- Ensure service quality, response
time, and issue resolution meet agreed service levels (SLAs)
- Accurately log and troubleshoot IT
issues to help improve our systems and support in the long run
- Work with vendors to purchase or
renew software licenses, hardware, and other equipment
- Keep an up-to-date inventory of all
equipment, software, and license users

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT
support role within a business environment
- Strong verbal and written
communication skills
