This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 8AM - 4:30 PM EST (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM Manila time) with 30 minutes unpaid break

Service Parts Technician Support

  • Work closely with techs to keep their truck inventory accurate by investigating parts discrepancies
  • Provide support by shipping/transferring/receiving parts for technicians
  • Investigate parts stuck ‘intransit’

Process Service Tickets requiring Parts

  • Review parts in warehouse or in field, and action appropriate plan to fulfill service orders requiring parts
  • Complete administrative functions to Procure, transfer, ship parts accordingly

Create and Submit Purchase Orders

  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure parts availability, expedite orders and escalate supply chain delays
  • Submit Purchase Orders (for 02 stock) for Henny Penny, Frank, and Taylor

Print Tech Replenishment

  • Print critical
  • Print PM Kit Replenishment (reallocate inventory as needed)

RMA Parts Returns

  • Administrative tasks related to returning incorrect, damaged or unused parts to Supplier for credit
  • Tracking returns to ensure credits processed

Purchase Order Clean Up

  • Investigate old/aged Parts PO’s in system to determine cause (back ordered, cancelled, integration error, etc), and action appropriate correction

Service ‘Parts Investigation ‘ status

  • Review all tasks put into ‘parts investigation’ by billing and complete necessary parts transfers/adjustments to correct issue

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement, with a focus on supporting field service operations.
  • Proficiency in using inventory forecasting software to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory stocking levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret service data, forecast parts demand, and optimize inventory stocking levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field service teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
