Job Title: Project Administrator / Document Controller
Location: Remote (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM AWST)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Document Controller (PADC) to join our team. This remote role will support our Australia-based engineering teams, ensuring efficient project administration and document control across multiple mining industry projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the PADC will play a critical role in managing project deliverables, maintaining document workflows, and supporting overall project coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Project Administration

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Prepare and maintain project deliverables lists

  • Generate initial document drafts using company templates

  • Coordinate and track project documentation and deadlines

Document Control

  • Manage deliverables register and review workflows

  • Issue project deliverables via formal transmittals

  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming client data

  • Provide regular reports on the status of project documents and deliverables


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration and/or document control

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using document control systems such as:

    • Oracle Aconex

    • M-Files

    • ProjectWise

    • FusionLive

    • DocuSign

    • Or similar platforms
