Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Handle communications via email, phone, and internal channels; document and escalate important messages.
- Draft official correspondence including memos, emails, letters, presentations, educational materials, and reports.
- Manage the Senior Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel and logistics.
- Maintain and update electronic dashboards (Power BI/Excel) on performance indicators and service efficiency.
- Coordinate with facility teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for review.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, personnel requisitions, and payment requests (e.g. transport reimbursement for field staff).
- Track vendor invoices, ensure timely approvals, and coordinate with Finance for payments.
Requirements:
You should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in administrative or operational roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and work independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts when required
