Regional Logistics Officer, APAC & ME

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Work with regional logistics team on purchase orders follow up and shipment arrangement.
• Co-ordinate with planning, sales team and warehouse to ensure on-time order fulfillment to APAC Countries and customers.
• Follow up closely with warehouse for inbound shipment and processing.
• Follow up closely with allocation team and warehouse for outbound delivery to stores, ensure all the deliveries will be delivered to store on time and the newness items launch as per schedule.
• Support Marketing team for the product delivery to marketing event as well as the product seeding delivery.
• Handle order processing in SAP.
• Handle short-shipped and over-shipped with related parties and system adjustment.
• Prepare and handle declaration forms via HKGS program.
• Lead system improvements conversation & project for enhancement
• Prepare & review KPI reports for logistics

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operation preferably from retail industry
• Responsible, detail-minded and good interpersonal communication skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and word
• Experience in full set I/E shipping documents
• SAP Knowledge would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin

Candidate with less experience could be considered as Logistics Coordinator.
