Job Description
- Responsible for all organizational aspects and leadership in multiple teams MTM engineering department
- Be an example and continuously promote customer success and quality centric culture
- Responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of all key MTM operational processes like New Merchant Development, Volatility Control and Attribute Discovery
- Responsible for daily availability and weekly communication of all business-critical metrics MTM department is responsible for
- Establish effective interviewing, onboarding and knowledge sharing process across all MTM teams
- Establish effective relationship with Engineering teams; understand basic principles of the infrastructure they are responsible for and main sources of its complexity; effectively drive prioritization process on engineering side to promote development projects to support continuous improvement of operational efficiency
- Spread project management proficiency across MTM department personnel; provide assistance to Engineering teams in project management area to increase efficiency of MTM-specific deliverables
- With help of MTM team leads, organize QA and UA processes to accept deliverables of Engineering departments
- Establish effective relationships with Customer Success and Data Operations departments; organize regular communication and information exchange; be a pivotal part of data product delivery to the end customer; understand all business processes involved and propose improvements when necessary
- Mentor juniors team leads in all aspects of people and technical management; guide them in processes like, effective delegation, hiring, onboarding, performance review, communication with customer and engineering teams, project stopping, employment termination, etc
