This specific Partner Manager role is pivotal to our strategy, with a focus on expanding our partnerships within key strategic verticals, including Travel, Automotive, and Local. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with XFN teams to understand needs and identify ways that new partnerships can accelerate success and time to market for new vertical-specific ad formats.
- Source and develop new strategic partnerships, ensuring they align with our monetization strategy and the specific needs of advertisers.
- Manage the core operations for these partnerships, from initial contact, through the integration phase, and into long-term growth planning.
- Lead complex integration projects with our partners, ensuring that both TikTok and our partners realize the full potential of our collaborations.
- Seek and implement opportunities to expand and refine existing solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and creators on TikTok.
- Represent TikTok with the utmost professionalism and ethical standards in all external meetings and negotiations.
- Collaborate on product development with strategic ad tech platforms, ensuring alignment with TikTok-specific challenges and objectives.
- Support GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, co-marketing, and commercial activations. This includes iteratively improving value propositions and sales materials tailored to TikTok's contexts and supporting special activation programs.
- Foster relationships to promote TikTok sales narratives and best practices, empowering partners to advocate and scale TikTok ad solutions.
- Engage in solution-oriented partnerships, focusing on optimizing creative outputs, both through technological and service-based approaches.
- Facilitate performance-focused partnerships, prioritizing lower-funnel optimization and helping activate new performance features.
- Ensure continuous feedback integration from partners into TikTok's product development.
