About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with creators; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
This role aims to improve distribution efficiency, optimize the paid user experience, expand the paid user base, help creators increase their income, and ultimately drive overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Define the Live-Streaming Traffic Ecosystem: Collaborate closely with the live-streaming revenue recommendation algorithm team and data science team to quantify the current state of the traffic ecosystem on both the creator and viewer sides.
2. Identify and Resolve Ecosystem Issues: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities within the traffic ecosystem, design and implement product solutions to achieve a win-win outcome for the platform and creators.
3. Improve Content Quality Issues: Address quality problems in recommended content, leveraging strategies and technical solutions to enhance content diversity and recommendation quality, thereby improving the user experience on the consumption side.
4. Enhance Recommendation Algorithm Efficiency and Effectiveness: Work closely with the algorithm team to continuously optimize recommendation strategies, improve user experience, and enhance algorithm performance, ultimately driving revenue growth.
