Global Immigration Engagement Management services are vital for our global growth plans and will ensure the success of our Immigration practice. The Global Engagement Management team is a network of professionals across the world who support our KPMG firms in their objectives of providing consistently exceptional services to our clients.
Global Immigration Consultant (Billing) will support activities for global immigration clients with a wide range of activities:
- Work/Monitor Global billing mailboxes for tasks and ensure the deliverables are completed within the deadlines
- Monitor client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks
- Prepare invoices based on client agreements and services provided
- Respond to stakeholder queries regarding invoice dispute/invoice payments or any other concerns by providing clear explanation and resolving issues promptly with the assistance of managers as required
- Ability to handle large volume of billing information with high degree of accuracy
- Accurately monitor and capture data in billing internal trackers
- Send regular reminders to stakeholders on billing cycle commencement, updates on clients or any changes to the billing terms
- Take forward requests and connect with assistant manager in your team in order to retrieve the information required and take necessary actions
- Recognize and raise potential matters of risk for the client or the firm to Assistant Manager or Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of process documents
- Work on ad-hoc projects as required
- Proactively bring up improvement opportunities to streamline/ improve process
- Elevate and uphold the quality of immigration services delivered by KDN
- A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively and directionally as required
This role will also have the chance to contribute to the
continuous development of our global processes and technology to support the consistency of high levels of service delivery across our client engagements globally. Candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in billing teams or relevant experience with a recognized service provider
- Undergraduate University degree preferred
- Good knowledge of Billing processes
- Working experience within an Immigration setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Taking ownership and driving task to closures
- Excellent written and Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of integrity and accuracy
- Project Management: Basic level of organization and Prioritisation skills including ability to project manage multiple clients and work under pressure.

- Proficient communicator in written and spoken English (other languages advantageous but not required)
